This could have been the story of any Islamist with ingrained and inherited detestation to Hindus. And their lust for Hindu women is endless. For centuries, untold incidents are capable enough to bear testimony to this. Throughout India, not to speak of the neighboring Islamic countries of Pakistan and Bangladesh, such incidents are getting common. And what wonders most, almost all state administrations are devoid of the coveted fortitude to produce any exemplary punishment. If in India we do dither, how the Hindus are in the neighboring countries encountering all odds can be deciphered easily. The accused person is Sahil Sayyed, living in Mahrashtra and behind the bar at the moment for outraging the modesty of a Hindu woman. The formal complaint against him has been registered under IPC sections 376 (rape), 377, 504 (insult intended to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (criminal intimidation), and also under sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
