This is no story but a collection of reality. A reality that had happened more than a century from now and influenced a huge number of people belonging to a single faith of Islam and impressed the socio-political future of India (both undivided and divided) to a large extent. What’s the reality? Well, though it might appear as simple in the beginning but is definitely brutal. It speaks of millions of Muslims to go for either Jihar or Hijrat in 1920 speaking of volumes on Islamic perspective to the country of India where they have inhabited for centuries. Thanks to the numerical majority of Hindus in the land (despite genocides and other torments down the centuries), India is termed as a land of Kafirs and so in 1920, there was an endeavor for Hijrat to Islam’s old domain.. And Hijrat comes from a complete absence of loyalty, faith and love to your own land. This desperation and also to challenge the Hindu majority continues today and at a more violent pace than before.
