Even if there is a strong demand of his encounter in the neighborhood, there is no choice to police and administration but to keep Jubair Ahmed Talukdar in custody amid a tight security. Who the hell is this man? To any such uneasy question the answer is simpler than you think even. Jubair is accused of abducting two minor Hindu girls followed by gang rape and murder of one girl. And all these happened at the Barnee Bridge located within the district of Hailakandi in the Indian district of Assam. While the two innocent Hindu girls were returning from the school, they were stopped and then dragged to the forest alongside Roskandi tea garden and gang-raped and left to die in the dense forest. They were rescued by tea garden laborers hours later who escorted them to the hospital but one of two minors died shortly due to heavy injuries.
