With the death of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and deletion of the last predicament Sri Purushottomdas Tandon, Jawaharlal Nehru not only got rampant but proved to be irresistible also with his inherent dream to create a perfectly Secular India. And that had been the beginning. Abiding by the Central Government and above all, supremo Nehru’s intentions secularism became the cornerstone Indian statecraft. How could the industry of films steer clear of it? There was virtually no alternative and hence, secular venom did creep in Bollywood and now, we are having its precarious outcome. This upshot has become the greatest challenge to the national integration and independent thought procedure of Hindus too. Whether it’s the Jamtara – Sabka Number Ayega web series or the films, dramas of yesteryears, the entire backdrop spearheaded by the Lefts is based on unanimity of thoughts – anything of or represented by the Hindu belief system is atrocious, while Islamists or the nicest people are nothing but the victim of Hindu Fascism and hence, any wrong on their part even if the application of violence is nothing but the cry of aw wounded soul, it must be condoned. And the same must be portrayed on celluloid without fail.
